Lorenzo Fortunato climbed the final podium of the Tour of Slovakia as the winner of the mountain classification. Thanks to his tenacity and effort, he was able to achieve this jersey as the initial time trial result didn’t let him fight for the overall. Together with the work of the whole team, with special mention for Bais and Sevilla, also protagonists in the breakaways or collaborating in the group objectives with success in their achievement.
The last day was easy, with a breakaway that was breaking away and the sprint in which Lonardi took seventh place. A new top-10 for EOLO Kometa, which continues adding results and looking for the next competitions in an intense month of September and October.

We have won the general classification of the mountain with Fortu and the team has given the image that has been given throughout the season, always running united and close to victory on several occasions. We are very happy to leave Slovakia with our minds set on the next objectives”.
