Biography

The Sevillian comes from the Contador Foundation Under23 team, where he competed in the last two seasons under Rafa Díaz Justo. Martín makes the jump to the pros after being one of the strongest riders in the category in the Spanish scene, with four successes and several important placings. In 2021, the triumphs: two of them, Valladolid and Ontur, came in the Spanish Cycling Cup Élite and U23. The Andalusian began his cycling career in mountain biking, a specialty in which he won the overall final of the Spanish Open in the cadet category, as well as the national second place. Since 2019, he has focused on road cycling with Team Extremadura. Two seasons later, he joined the U23 team of the Contador Foundation. His most important victory is that of Ontur, to make him happy give him a plate of pasta seasoned with oil, he loves going to the beach and spending his days fishing and his heart city is Seville.
